Return Policy
Sugar Stand understands that, on occasion, an order must be returned. Please review our return policy so that your order is returned under the right conditions. We must receive all package return claims within seven calendar days of your initial candy order receipt. We determine this date by looking at the UPS tracking numbers.
On approved returns, Sugar Stand will refund the cost of your candy, less shipping charges, when the order is returned to us unopened and in new condition. Sugar Stand is not responsible for return shipping costs back to our candy warehouse unless your candy order was either defective or incorrect.
We cannot accommodate refunds or returns on either special or clearance item orders.
In addition, Sugar Stand is not responsible for any meltable items (such as chocolate) when you choose the UPS ground shipping method. Please follow our recommendation of shipping these items using either the UPS NEXT DAY or UPS 2nd day shipping methods during the summer months. We want your order to arrive in excellent condition and provide ice packs for chocolate candy and other meltable products. These packs help protect your shipment in transit but the sooner you get your meltable order, the better. Please choose the appropriate shipping method.
All Sugar Stand returns must be pre-approved. Call our customer service department at: , Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM PST or send us an email at returns@sugarstand.com. We will give you detailed instructions on the proper procedure for returning your order.
