Brookside Foods has enjoyed a long and successful history, dating all the way back to 1954, when the company was founded in Abbotsford, a small town nestled just outside of Vancouver, British Columbia. The company has remained in private hands, with manufacturing facilities in both Abbottsford and Saint-Hyacinthe in Quebec. Even as the company has grown and flourished, however, it has not lost sight of the importance of high quality ingredients, and high quality workers, in making its line of delicious candy covered fruit and nut products.
